Night Watch
Night Watch creates an impossible trio by gathering three unlikely animals together. The places, times and purposes of these trios are unknown, and no clues are found about them.
Each of these impossible trios, different from each other, has its own unique story and relationship. These trios are so unpredictable that we never know where the road will take them.
They may take over the world, or perhaps, they may spend their entire lives meaninglessly, and disappear without leaving a mere trace. They can be ambassadors of good, masters of evil, or they can wander pointlessly.
WHAT IS NIGHT WATCH?
"NIGHT WATCH" is an experimental art collection featuring 455 animations of impossible animal trios wandering in a mysterious void.
Each animation consists of 15 frames, and each frame is a digital collectible.
To form a complete animation, same frames of a specific animation should be collected in a single wallet. The goal is to assemble all 15 frames to complete the entire animation.
It's a project based on street artist Kaybid's "Silent Steps" series. Each animal in Night Watch has been featured in animations created by Kaybid for the streets.
PROJECT DETAILS
NIGHT WATCH is a unique project with distinctive mechanisms, including multiple layers such as the merging of frames on-chain.
15 ANIMALS, 15 FRAMES
The project features 15 distinct animals. Each animal has an animation made up of 15 handmade collages from Kaybid's 'Silent Steps' series. Three of these animals come together to form the 'Night Watch'.
C(15,3) = 455 UNIQUE TRIOS
In 'Night Watch', there are 455 trios. This is because, mathematically, when we calculate the combinations without repetition using the formula C(15,3), we get the result of 455. This means that these 15 animals can form 455 unique trios, which translates into 455 different animations.

Initially, all 6,825 frames of Night Watch are created individually. With our innovative smart contract, they automatically merge in your wallet, so all you need to do is collect them. In theory, the total supply of Night Watch can reduce to just 455.

The merge function is a crucial aspect of Night Watch. Despite its intricate mechanism, it's straightforward to grasp and utilize.
